Terms of Service

These terms govern use of CrestStay, provided by Win Central Co., Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

CrestStay is a multi-tenant hotel property management system offered on a subscription basis. We may improve or change features over time and aim for high availability, but the service is provided “as is”.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your staff users, and the accuracy of data you enter. Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully.

3. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly in Myanmar Kyat. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of your hotel and guest data. We process it per our Privacy Policy and provide export on request. You are responsible for obtaining any guest consents required by law.

5. Availability & support

We strive for reliable uptime and provide support by email. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law
